2 chopped leeks
½ cup apricot jam
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons apple vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh grate ginger

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First time I cooked this dish with apprehension – chicken and apricot jam? But when I ate just a bit I understood how delightful it is. Give a treat to your family and cook these chicken trotters!</p>
<p>6 chicken trotters<br />
2 chopped leeks<br />
½ cup apricot jam<br />
1/3 cup ketchup<br />
2 tablespoons apple vinegar<br />
1 tablespoon fresh grate ginger<br />
3 teaspoons soy sauce<br />
½ teaspoon salt</p>
<p>1.	Combine a in a small bowl leek, apricot jam, ketchup, vinegar, grate ginger, say sauce and salt.<br />
2.	Brush a grill pan with olive oil; place chicken trotters over medium heat for 10 minutes.<br />
3.	For your trotters not to become charred, place them vertical, leaning pieces against each other and grill for 20 minutes.<br />
4.	The last 10 minutes smear trotters with apricot mixture.</p>
