Natural chicken broth

This simple recipe I would recommend to everybody, especially to the elderly persons who suffer from upset stomach and “steer to a middle course”.

2 liters water
1 chicken, chopped in large pieces
2 tablespoons butter
a pinch of salt
1 lemon

1. Put chicken in a big saucepan. Add salt and cook for 60 to 90 minutes. Try to skim the foam during boiling.
2. Remove the chicken pieces and save them for soup meat. Pour the broth through a strainer, add pepper and butter.
3. Squeeze the juice out of a lemon and add it into the broth.
