Cream Topper
July 25, 2010 2:28 pm DESSERTS & SWEETSCombine contents of 1 package (3 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding and 1 cup light corn syrup in a bowl. Add and blend in 2 tablespoons water and 2 teaspoons melted butter or margarine. Makes about 1 1/4 cups sauce. Serve on top of your favorite ice cream with plenty of chopped nuts.
